Breakfast

I had the opportunity of having my ex-housemate cook breakfast for me again. And voila, look what she whipped out! A mixed of spring leaf salad topped with bacon, fried over easy egg, meaty sausage, sides of potato and corn, slices of oranges serve with a bowl of tomato bisque soup. Although, I wasn’t very full, I was very satisfy and delighted to be served on a Sunday morning.

DIY: Morning Breakfast

Breakfast is probably one of the most important meals of the day. Eating breakfast helps the day go by more efficiently and you get that boost of energy in the processing of waking up. I decided to share my breakfast with you and hopefully, it encourages you to eat some breakfast before running to your morning activities.

I made a very simple quick breakfast.

Breakfast:
  • Croissant
  • Vietnamese Pork Roll (Cha Lua)
  • Egg
  • Chocolate Chip Cookies (My Guilty Pleasure)
I just slit the croissant in half, cooked my egg over-medium, slice a couple of pork, placed it in between the slit, toss in some chocolate chip cookies, and you got yourself a very simple breakfast.

Breakfast Is Served

Today was a delightful day because of a morning surprise. My housemate prepared and made me an egg omelet. It was visually appealing, almost like restaurant-made breakfast. The egg had a nice golden crisp with the sweet and sourness taste of ketchup. Taking a bite, you get the crunch from the pepper and softness of diced meat. It was delicious!

Thanks to H.C. I get to be lazy for one morning.
